Before that, our family ran a different mess for close to 30 years — that experience, and the lessons that came with it, is what we brought into Annapurna. When that earlier venture came to a close, we started fresh with Annapurna Mess in Madhapur, carrying forward the same simple idea: serve good, honest food at a price everyone can afford. Since then, we’ve grown to include a second mess in Kamalapuri Colony, a curry point, a takeaway counter, and a catering service — but the idea hasn’t changed.
